Q5: How can I work out what my project budget will be?
We find that most new clients fall into two main groups:
Those who are not sure what their budget might be, because they don’t yet know what’s possible on their site or what they want or need in their new home, or what regulatory requirements they’ll have to comply with; and
Those who have a clear sense of their intended budget, based on available finances or a fixed amount they’ve agreed to invest in their project.
Regardless of which category you fall into, we can help you determine your brief, budget and scope, and ensure that we are aligned around those key parameters, during our fixed-price Feasibility Study (stage 1 of our process, as described in our response to Q1).
